Born in Philadelphia, 2024
Perfect Choice Management LLC was founded in 2024 by a family that has called Philadelphia home for generations. We grew up in these neighborhoods — we played on these streets, went to school in these communities, and watched these blocks evolve over the decades.
When we saw how impersonal and transactional property management had become in our city, we knew there was a better way. We started Perfect Choice Management with a simple promise: to treat every tenant like a neighbor and every property owner like a partner.
